Delete your account | JudoMaster

In short: You can delete your online account at any time, directly from the app or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent: your email address, nickname, country, club, online scores and any backup are erased from our servers. Your Premium purchase is not affected and remains yours.

1. Who this applies to

An online account only exists if you unlocked the Premium version and chose to register with your email address to take part in the online leaderboards ("hall of fame"). The free version creates no account and stores no personal data on our servers: uninstalling the app is enough to erase the data stored on your phone.

2. Delete your account from the app

Deletion is immediate:

Open JudoMaster and go to "My Profile".
Tap "My registration".
Tap "Delete my profile".
Confirm with "Delete".

The "My registration" button only appears once your email address has been confirmed. If you no longer have access to the app, or if your registration was never confirmed, send your request by email (section 3).

3. Request deletion by email

Write to us from the email address you registered with, stating your nickname, at: contact@wmline.net

We process your request within one month at most and confirm the deletion by email.

4. Data that is deleted

Deletion permanently erases from our servers:

your email address and nickname;
your country and club, if you had provided them;
your best scores and your place in the online leaderboards;
any data backup (Premium phone-transfer feature), as well as the device identifier and the anonymous Premium purchase identifier linked to your account.

5. What is not deleted, or later

Data stored on your phone (progress, sessions, badges, local scores): it stays available in the app and is erased when you uninstall it.
Country and club leaderboards are recomputed every night: your contribution disappears within 24 hours.
Our servers' technical logs, used for security and diagnostics, are automatically erased after 30 days.
Clubs you created stay in the shared list, since other users may have chosen them. Their record keeps the nickname of their creator for moderation purposes: write to us if you would like us to remove it.
Your Premium purchase: it is linked to your Apple or Google account, not to your JudoMaster account. It remains yours and can be restored. Transaction information is kept by Apple or Google and by our purchase-management provider, in line with their legal obligations.
